Okami Halloween costume

My Halloween costume from this year. Yes, I was Amaterasu.

Used:

White Hair dye - (found at a Halloween store, but made me look more like an old lady than anything)

Red make up pencil for the markings

Green necklace made from large green beads found at jewelry store

Robe found at thrift store

Red lining done with red fabric paint - let dry overnight
Swirls done with red sharpie

Waistband made from red shirt. Sleeves were tied in the back like a bow.

Red dress underneath robe

White toe socks and white sandals

Reflector made from green frisbee. Center covered with green-painted steel rivited onto the frisbee. Flames made from cardboard with fabric guled on. Handle strap rivited on back.

It was funny - when I went Trick -or- Treating I only got commplements from the Asian-looking people XD
